About

I bring nearly two decades at the intersection of ministry and publishing to my work as a strategic partner for Christian organizations.

I’ve spent nearly two decades at the intersection of ministry and publishing — and I’m still convinced it’s the most interesting place to work.

Most recently serving as Executive Director of Resources + Editorial Chief of Staff at Christianity Today, I led cross-functional teams of up to 25 people, managed millions of dollars in annual budgets, and spearheaded initiatives that drove significant measurable impact—including significant year-over-year revenue growth in devotional resources, a more-than-double increase in website-to-subscription conversion rates, and substantial audience expansion across digital platforms.

My career also includes pivotal roles at Lifeway Christian Resources and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, where I built leadership podcasts, launched high-performing email newsletters, and developed content strategies that converted print subscribers into thriving digital communities. My unique ability to merge mission with business execution has made me a trusted partner for leaders seeking to amplify their impact.

What drives this work is simple: Christian organizations face fragmented support landscapes, and leaders need partners who understand both strategic execution and spiritual mission—not just one or the other.

What I love most about this work is linking up with organizations and leaders I've long admired (and oftentimes known) while discovering new relationships with people doing extraordinary things. This is the perfect intersection of everything I've learned and everything I value.

When I’m not running The Anchored Group, you’ll find me reading something compelling, serving within my local church (hosting a weekly small group, volunteering on Sunday mornings), or traversing a walking/hiking trail just outside Raleigh, North Carolina (Wake Forest), where I live with my husband, Greg, and our beloved Cavapoo, Oakley.
